OUR PROCESS

Organizing and planning are the last things you should be doing when paying to build or remodel your Jackson home. So, we take care of that for you. We'll act as liaison to all contractors, designers, engineers and any other specialists during your project. Our process is designed so that we do all the heavy lifting.

PHASE I PRECONSTRUCTION

We start with a meeting to discuss the project scope and to work towards a pre-construction contract. We'll determine any necessary contractors, engineers or designers used to complete the work to your specifications as well as gathering information required for permitting.

If you already have a design completed, we are happy to work with any design or architect firm that you have a pre-existing relationship with.

PHASE II PLANNING

With all the specifics of the project, we'll discuss budget and timeline to formulate an official construction contract. This way you'll know what you're paying up front and how the project will fit into your schedule.

PHASE III CONSTRUCTION

We break ground and the project is underway. During this phase the client can be as involved as they would like. Periodic meetings and walkthroughs can be valuable to keep the team engaged and online software is available for out of town clients for periodic updates. The client drives their level of involvement. Active budget tracking and updates are available with every pay request.

PHASE IV COMPLETION

The final walkthrough allows clients and architects the opportunity to inspect our work and note any adjustments to be made before closing out the project.  Teewinot Construction stands behind their work and will always make any warranty issues that may pop up a priority.
